There are a number of areas for fishing around Forbes - best spots include Fitzgerald's Bridge, Jemalong Weir, Cottons Weir, Lake Forbes - a natural lagoon, Lake Forbes Aquatic Centre, Bundaburrah Creek, Fishing licenses are required.
