Bedgerabong is situated 32km west of Forbes.
The village of Bedgerabong is small - composed of the Bedgerabong Public School, the Bedgerabong combined Showground, Racecourse and Hall and the Church.
Three annual events are held in high regard by both Central West locals and those much further afield -
Though small, the Bedgerbong Public School was established in 1876 and holds a lot of history for the community with many families having had children, parents, grandparents and even great grandparents attending the school.
The school and community share a common focus and work together to allow the students of the district every opportunity to succeed.
